Really painful to use!

Although this is a good quality hook, I felt uncomfortable using it. I crochet according to the knife principle and put my index finger on the tip of the needle when knitting. Since the Tulip shank is longer than my Clover Amour hooks, the bulge on the handle where the thumb rest ends was right where I placed my thumb and after four turns of the napkin it became quite painful and distracting from use . If you're using a more typical crochet handle, this is probably a great hook for you, but if…

Best hook I've ever used.

If this is your first time using this brand, you'll find what you've been missing from everyone else! The weight is perfectly in hand - ergonomic so I never felt any fatigue no matter how long I use it! It glides wonderfully along the thread without getting caught. It's such great quality that if I lose it I just have to replace it. But I'm so in love with it that I know the case I bought for my new hooks will be worth the investment. In my opinion, this brand is even way above Clover hooks. If

A great brand of hooks that offer real comfort when working.

The hook was a size that was not hard to find in any known craft store. I heard rave reviews about tulip hooks and once I was able to decide on a brand and size I went with the bit! I like how comfortable the grip is. It's strong enough to give me the right grip and tension when working with enough padding so my fingers don't hurt or tire easily like I've experienced with other crochet hooks.
