🍏 Tupperware 1 Quart Small Colander with Apple-Handle Review

Very nice to have found a replacement for my old one that has served me for so many years I can't remember how long I've had it. Live this sieve more than any I've ever had.

Was lost in traffic a year ago. Always missed. Ideal for small needs, no collender. Lightweight, easy to handle, has legs, easy to set up without tipping over, large handle fits comfortably in your hand

Hooray! My old one is worn out. I thought it would last my whole life. So happy Tupperware just changed color. I use this item at least 4 to 5 days a week. Thank you Tupperware!

I have had the yellow version of this model for 25 years and it is in perfect condition. Bought a new one for my second home. Just the right size for macaroni and cheese, and you don't have to dig out a large colander that takes up half the dishwasher size.

I've had the exact same Tupperware strainer for at least 20 years. It would have lasted forever if I hadn't melted it on the stove. I was happy that the exact same sieve is still available in cool green. I assume this will be the last one I will ever need.

Perfect size for rinsing pints/quarts of berries. Small enough and light enough, but filled, it's not too heavy and doesn't curl. This was my third purchase of this size. The first one I have is about 40 years old and it's still in perfect shape. I need another one to take with me on my travels.

It's not as good as the really old one I had which was more durable but still seems much better quality than ordinary things to be. Very useful, everyone should have it. I think 1 liter is probably a bit more useful, but 2 is more, so I think it kind of balances out.

This is a replacement for my old Tupperware strainer which accidentally melted on the stove a couple of times and then cracked. It seems a little thinner than the old one but otherwise exactly the same and what I need. This is the only small colander with a handle I could find and a very useful item in the kitchen.

I was looking for a colander in this size. It's Tupperware so the quality is there. However, the price is high, which may discourage some from buying it. There weren't any color choices so I went with apple green when I wanted yellow. Otherwise, I'm happy because I don't like using a full-size colander when a smaller, easier-to-manage colander will get the job done.
