I like the ability to learn at my own pace and have the option to do this in my own time. Also, the content is always up to date and the content is engaging. I dislike the fact that the material is very repetitive and not very engaging. I would like to see more variety in the content and the way that it is presented. The content was easy enough that I could get through it quickly even though there were some very technical terms used throughout (i'm not an IT person). It's also great because you can easily access from anywhere with internet connection - no need to physically go into your office or have someone come by if they're working remotely! Easy access from anywhere with an internet connection! The interface could be more intuitive but easy enough that anyone can use it without trouble or confusion (even my parents!). I like how this software allows me to take notes while watching videos which would not otherwise work well using other softwares.
