🔎 Precision Alignment Tool Mirror for Turntable Phono Cartridge Stylus Review

I change cartridges quite often for A/B comparison and this little protractor is a lot easier for me than printing out a protractor to line it up every time. Not only that, it's also much stronger than a piece of paper. I read the reviews before purchasing and I don't understand how some people get confused about the mirror and/or have trouble seeing the lines. As long as you're looking straight at your player (like you should), I don't see anyone having a problem with it.

A great tool for anyone with a basic DIY skillset. Most people don't realize how much cartridge alignment affects the sound quality of a turntable. You always get some sound even if it's not equalized, but the signal degrades badly and stereo separation suffers as well. The cost of the tool will be less than a one-time setup in this area, maintenance has become expensive in our region. I would rather own an instrument even if I only use it a few times in my life. The instructions on the back are IDIOUS!1. Place the protractor on the turntable spindle.2. Move the protractor and hand so that the needle is directly over point "A".3. Move the protractor until the cross lines are parallel to the sides of the cartridge. (WHAT?) 4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 above "B".5.
