How could such a bad product be made?

I worked for 1.5 months, it doesn’t turn on, my impressions are ambiguous, but I won’t take Lumax anymore, you won’t repair it anywhere or for a price corresponding to the cost of the tuner, take other companies, I’ll supplement the customer support service at a height, everything was decided and compensated with a promotional code, but the product is still terrible

Great value for money, one of the best offers.

Its pros: Easy to set up, when you connect the antenna, it automatically searches for channels. Nothing fancy, just a simple add-on. The picture quality is good. Got cons: The remote control immediately broke, they took it back, changed it to another model, because. this one was not available.

Feel free to buy, for such a price, the quality is simply amazing.

Before that, there was another prefix and it constantly hung up, everything is fine with this one, only the PSU on the plug interferes, because. the outlet is behind the appliances. In the last prefix, the PSU was inside. And while reading the reviews - a lot of complaints about the fragile remote control. The remote control is like a remote control, if you open a beer with it, it will break, and it’s no worse than the rest.

It’s good for everyone, but for this miracle of technology to work, you need wi-fi to ate the firmware. Before the ate (unfortunately, I didn’t think to write down the number of the firmware that was from the factory) I didn’t find a single channel, well, that is. found, one, test from Onlime and Rostelecom (Hong Kong, collective antenna), after lengthy experiments with settings (modulation, etc.), the set-top box found more than 200 channels and 3 radio stations, but apparently, to view them…

It has been noticed that this only happens when watching certain channels (in Hong Kong): Spas and Izvestia TV Channel, maybe there are some other channels. The freezing of these channels is always reproduced: you turn on the channel and after 5-10 minutes there is a static picture on the TV, and the set-top box does not react to anything. ating the software (firmware) to the current (as of 03/04/2022 ≈ v.2.0.0.8) did not fix the errors. 2: Firmware dated 07/27/2022 (SW: 2.1.6; HW: 2.0.1) this glitch seems to have been fixed, no more freezes were noticed, you can return one star, but the sediment remained. It so happened that it was possible under the same conditions to test the neighboring model (LUMAX DV-2120HD) with the same software version. She hung on these channels in the same way and did not respond to either the remote control keys or the buttons on the console itself.
