I was skeptical and was pleasantly surprised. Always looks like a Warner remote control. You will receive a remote control, batteries, instructions and a label on the back of the remote control. The only reason I'm not giving this a 5 is that the remote is a bit laggy, but it saved a life for my broken remote. Highly recommended for the price.

One of the best remotes has some very useful secret programming methods that later models don't have. The exact number of buttons too (later ones had too many little buttons that you can't read).
