Chrome free alloy for probes and temperature probes

One of the legs must be chrome alloy which is magnetic. Tests with a neodymium magnet showed that neither leg is magnetic.

better than i thought

This includes cable strain relief, this is critical to the long life of the connected probe. We can now just replace the connectors instead of ordering $60 probes when the wire breaks pending.
