The best lights ever! the best seasonal decoration

These are the best lamps! Now I have garlands and icicle garlands. I leave them at home and change the pattern for different seasons (Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Halloween and everything else too).

terrible customer service

I bought five sets but after a few months one of them broke. This was beyond my return so I contacted customer support just to say keep dropping them or be patient as their team is always trying to improve. I just wanted to exchange the set for a new one and continue to enjoy the product. Don't expect help if you're having trouble. You will spend too much time trying to get them to fix the problem. Your only option is to simply buy another set and end up with a defective product.

Great turnkey light show

I have ordered two of these. The colors are bright and beautiful. Both sets worked straight away and the instructions are clear. I downloaded the Android app and immediately connected it to Wi-Fi, updated the firmware and switched between different color options. I then merged them in the app so they show the same templates. The timer function and app on/off is great. It's not cheap, and I'm sure tech-savvy people can get similar results for less but with more work. But this is really a readyโ€ฆ

APP is TERRIBLE for indoor string lights

This was our second set of bulbs. With the first two movements, we had no problems with the app last year. This year the new lightbulbs made us re-download the app. We didn't have any problems though because when we change or edit 'Templates' the 'Apply' button doesn't work and we have to click 20-30 times again before it's applied. Once we have everything set up and working properly, everything is fine, but the next time we open the application, all previous settings / downloads / favorites /โ€ฆ

Beautiful lights. as soon as they work!

I had trouble setting it up on my Pixel phone at first. I went through two full detection cycles but the android app couldn't find the light. On a whim I restarted my phone, ran the detection loop again and the lights were quickly found. There is a wide range of different lighting effects and animations to choose from. Color customization is pretty easy. The ability to change the animation speed is very handy for avoiding the "strobing" effect you see from other lights running too fast andโ€ฆ
