Not bad when it works

Instructions should be clearer when assembling. Customer service for this product should be able to respond faster. It took over 5 days before I got a reply.

Good for Monet.

for the money this little engraver works very well. I use it to engrave wooden coasters and it does a very good job. It produces a lot of smoke so make sure you don't do it indoors. Wiring is simple and Grbl settings are easy to tweak. I've found that you need to flip the x and y axes, otherwise everything is backwards and upside down.

Good and bad

Well packaged but missing a few small nuts and bolts. The instructions are terrible. You must have some mechanical skills and imagination. The flash drive with the files was not good, but they can be downloaded from the network. You need drivers and a laser program. LaserGRBL is free and works. Download the drivers from the website. Use the database file to find the right material and settings. I engraved some notepads for the upcoming meeting for everyone who came. Arrived great. You'll need…
