🚦 Front Left Replacement Side Marker Light - TYC 18-5898-01 Compatible with Chevrolet Review

Bought these instead of sanding the headlights again. They look great and fit (closer fit than the original headlights). I smeared a silicone bead around the lantern on the recommendation of some reviews I've read. I had no problems, I will update the review if necessary.

Now on my truck. And it works fine. Very little difference between OEM. The only thing I noticed is that the plastic is a bit stiffer which makes it harder to remove. Luckily, GM's body design makes changing bulbs easy. That way you never have to remove the assembly unless you are replacing it. Thank you for reading.

After installation, after 2 months, the parking light went out. replaced with a new bulb, although the native bulb did not burn out. last apk 4 months and the same light doesn't work again. Pulled it out to replace the bulb and found the cartridge was charred and burnt. Every time I've used electric lube. It was the left marker light. So far no problems on the right side.

They fit perfectly. The appearance is comparable to the factory. The plastic isn't as good as the factory ones, but it's half the price. After a few months I noticed that the passenger side remains fogged up and has a lot of condensation. But that's easy to fix, I drilled some small holes in the bottom and the problem was gone. I wax them every now and then and they are still translucent.

Does not fit my 2005 Silverado 1500. The Automotive & Powersports part search at the top of the page said it would fit. If I hadn't been in a hurry I would have compared the pictures to my truck and would have seen it. The product itself is of good quality. The new bulbs are NOT included, as are some of the other products available from Revain. If yours is 2005 look for GM2503257 GM2502257. These will be the correct lights.

Sucks. The holes are too small for lamp sockets. Have contacted the seller. Says he wants pictures. Right. Too much hassle to show in the photo as lamp holders do not fit. I bought another one from another seller and it leaked water. Reflective chromed plastic colored black. There is no return. I threw away both lamps. Don't waste your money on these fools. Went to my Chevy dealership and bought one for less than I spent on these bulbs, who happily refund my money if I'm not satisfied.

I have a 2003 Silverado H/D and they fit exactly like the OEM. They look the same and are assembled in exactly the same way. Like a few other aftermarket reviewers, I took the extra step of applying a dot of clear coat where the lens and substrate attach. I just wanted extra insurance against moisture ingress. By reading all the reviews on the different brands that are offered on Revain, you will get the best ratings. Buy them for the price and skip the professional cleaning attempt. I have…
