I had to buy this because someone broke my mirror and stole the whole case. If it fits perfectly and you don't look closely, you won't notice that the texture is different than the OEM. It's sleek while there was no OEM. My OCD almost made me look like the other side, but like I said, it's close enough to get over it. I will buy again if need be. Definitely the cheapest I've found anywhere.

This item will fit but this particular mirror will not work as advertised. It looks like the original Ford mirror, but the glass (mirror) shakes with bumps, wind, etc. The frame is solid, the glass does not work. It hardly adjusts itself to a usable condition. I've turned it up as high as I can, but I still bend over to see the whole thing. Not even close to what is advertised.

I was surprised by the quality of this device for a very low price. This is the perfect match. The only downside is the installation, which requires removing the entire door panel with all its hidden fasteners. This certainly does not reflect the quality of the mirror. This Driver Side Mirror is a perfect OEM replacement. When installing the mirror, the studs perfectly matched the mounting holes in the driver's side door.
