I used this to cover the perimeter of my bathtub. Some details didn't stick to the wall, but it got better nonetheless. A month or so went by and I noticed mold on the strips. The glue no longer binds the chalk to the tub.

I purchased this product to use between an enameled cast iron bathtub and a vinyl floor. The idea is good - the work will look neater since I'm a dirty seal. But this strip didn't stick to the tub at all (even after scrubbing, drying, and heating with a blow dryer) and while it had some traction, it wasn't quite as waterproof as I'd like Drops spurting from the outside. Bath. Back to sealing the old fashioned (albeit messy) way for me.

Compared to the first brand I tried, this one is 100% better. Although the adhesion is initially very strong, regularly exposed to water weakens. The best defense against enemies is a layer of super glue, a tip I learned from using a brand name that doesn't stick at all! It's simple but easy, the turns are tricky and frustrating. I bought this to attach to my counter and stove to keep grease and crumbs from getting into that little hole. I didn't want this to be permanent so keep that in mind as you read my review. It's PERFECT for what I need it for. It's a role big enough that I can easily replace it when it comes up (and it does).
