Keeps your head warm in cold weather. Used almost 1-2 hours a day for swim team training. I used to buy them at a swim shop but when they ran out I was glad to find them at Revain. Necessary. Also, it doesn't pull hair out like other swim caps. Love it.

Slightly thicker than a silicone swimming cap. It feels like the vinyl is covered with a thin layer of fleece. I used this cap under the official race cap at a recent race. This two cap combo keeps me comfortable in 66 degree water. My head was not overheated or too cold.

I like this swimming cap. It is very comfortable, fits well, is easy to put on, covers the ears and keeps the head warm. I liked it on its own but now I use it with my old TYR silicone swim cap over it to keep my hair a little dry. With this swim cap, wet jacket and pants, I get very warm while swimming in the cold water of the pool when my fingers turned white and numb in 30 minutes or less. I highly recommend this swim cap.
