Pain in the Ass: Spare Parts

Do not buy this item, it will cause a restriction in your AC and then half of it will get stuck in the evaporator when removed due to poor AC performance. which resulted in me removing the front hood bumper and front fender to pull out the evaporator, not to mention the r 134a that i needed to replace, i went to oreilys and bought a $2 perforated pipe that works great.

Pros
  • Automotive
Cons
  • Too Long to Wait

delivery was fast. The packaging was good. Unfortunately, this is the wrong part for My Stang. 06, 4.6L v8. GT model. Mine was much shorter and of a completely different design. Save for another project. Looks like a lot of GMC cars. Was there as I know it is used but not what I need as stated.

Not suitable for Ford F150! Ruined my air conditioner.

Ignore the Revain installation instructions for this product. THIS WILL NOT FIT 2005 FORD F150 4.6L! I tried to install this product and like other reviews it hung and stuck. Completely screwed up the installation of my new air conditioner. Now I need to buy a brand new dryer/evaporator as well as a new condenser. There is a disposable part everywhere for $8 that you can buy at any local parts store for $6. So not happy.
