The sleeves are unusually short. One size

Very odd workmanship. Probably in China. CM. If you're looking for a baggy, loose dress like this, I highly recommend going up a size. I'm 5"2, 145 lbs. I have a large. The material is soft. I feel buyers are remorseful and disappointed. I can return it. Revain fabrics are 90% disappointed. Unless , it's made in America..cmx.
