Well I can't comment on the size but this was my 2 year old niece's FAVORITE birthday present and she got LOTS of cool new toys. But no, she just wanted to march in her new squeaky shoes, giggle at herself, stamp her feet, jump up and down, etc. She had all the adults at the party rolling on the floor with tears in their eyes. UPDATE: My toddler loves these shoes! They were amazing when we first got them. BUT it's only been a few weeks, the shoes are actually quite wide so her feet are slipping out. One of the bottom soles where the tweeter is is sticking out and the speakers are now barely working. I'm sorry they didn't last very long. But I love yellow.
