Was a lifesaver to get hot water

They're hard to find and expensive. For a new water heater, the dual 20 amp outlet must be converted to the dual 30 amp outlet. Hang 'til I find this. Happy with the first class delivery as only two days without hot water.

Pros
  • tools and housewares
Cons
  • boring packaging

Breaker was ok, packaging is a joke

Bought 2 breakers UBIF230N and UBIF240N. I received the switches, they came unwrapped and shipped in a paper mailer. I found this odd as I have always bought these switches in a plastic case. I contacted Conn Electric regarding this (they were excellent) and they told me that Revain buys them in bulk ie no packaging so they are fine (ie not fake). Okay, but I suggest if Revain ships bulk electrical switches, let them ship them. in a box, not in a paper bag.

Pros
  • Breakers, load centers and fuses
Cons
  • Can't remember

It also worked for my thin series.

I ordered this by mistake as my shield is 'thin series'. But this thick one fits, no problem. In fact, if you have a "thin series" with enough extra space, I recommend thick series breakers for your 2 pole breakers. They occupy 4 slots in the thin series panel, but the pin connections create a larger contact area, resulting in less thermal distortion over time. (which is important on these old panels). I had to move something and cut out another panel overlay, but everything works fine. And all

Pros
  • Magnetic Circuit Breaker
Cons
  • So far so good
