These leg extensions are a little pricey but are well made and work. Promotes proper foot form and stretching of the shin and ankle. walk lightly unless you have naturally high arches.

Can't rate this product as I don't know how to use it. I have foot problems so thought this would help but there are no instructions on how to use it or what parts are included.

This is a well finished solid piece of wood. It took a few days to get used to the quickest way to put your foot on and off, get your foot and ankle positioned correctly, and add heel padding, but this is a quality product that can last forever.

Instructions for use are not included so be sure to follow your trainer or teacher's instructions.
