lots of moving parts from the V8 engine to the gearshift, windows, doors and wipers, as well as opening hoods and engine compartments. Expect some parts to break and others to stick. not for children.

Cabriolet is my favorite model so far. It is very difficult and requires a lot of patience and attention to detail. Be prepared to cut lots of toothpicks and tie knots in lots of rubber bands. As a result, you have an incredibly detailed car. Windows go up and down. windshield wipers work. I ended up not attaching the jack and tool kit to the underside of the car. This was the only part of the model that was too difficult to play around with.

I would give this a 5 star rating except the included car assembly toothpicks are too small for the holes they are designed for so they keep falling out. This led to some incredibly frustrating moments trying to put it together. I tried using the regular toothpicks we had and they were too big for the holes and broke trying to fit them. This product would be perfect if the toothpicks that came with it actually worked as intended.

I ordered this for a gift, I actually ordered two, a car and another model. Both gifts for Christmas. Although everything looks fine, it arrived well packaged and with no damaged boxes, I won't know anything else until they open for Christmas. Good overall but either the included toothpicks holding it together were too small or the drill holes were too big. I tried several options from the store and they were a little too big. I ended up having to use glue announcing it's not needed. Details are very easy to erase, but if you're not careful, small ones will fall out of frame and get muddled. I have been building models for many years and am a retired production engineer. This is by far the most annoying set I've ever tried to put together. The laser stencils are not cut properly so trying to remove them from the stencil leaves a lot of detail. None of the tabs are sized or fit into the required holes without careful sanding and wax dripping. This is an incredible model from UGEARS. I've made 3-4 models out of it in the last 3 months and this one was the best. It was also the most difficult and time consuming. I think most of the negative reviews stating parts can break or the holes are the wrong size etc come from people who don't have the patience and can't take the time to carefully assemble this piece of art.
