Great value. Works well.

Easy to setup and install. Works fantasctic with my control system. I have it working with 2 mag locks. That's my feedback.

Pros
  • Ok
Cons
  • The 110-240VAC input voltage range may not be compatible with countries that use different voltages, forcing users to purchase additional voltage adapters

2 and a half years and running strong

This is my first ever review because I feel like way too many people write unhelpful reviews that dont really state, describe, or test the actual item before reviewing it. I have had an rfid lock electromagnet lock on my door for the past 2 and half years running a controller like this one all day everyday (they are all the same just re-branded by different companies). At the time of my original purchase, there were many reviews stating they last a matter of weeks/month or two. I can make an…

Same as similar looking brands at much less price.

There are several very similar looking units that all perform great. Just buy the cheapest one. They are all the same. Terrible tech support.

Pros
  • Terrible tech support
Cons
  • The UHPPOTE 12V DC Door Access Control Power Supply's user manual is poorly written and lacks clear instructions, making it challenging for users to properly set up and utilize the product

Great for setting up and electronic door lock.

Unit arrived with very easy to follow instructions for installing a magnetic door lock and release button. As other reviewers stated, it's a good idea to wire everything up before you install to ensure it works the way you expect. Would definitely use these again for other installs

Pros
  • The item was ok didnt worm the best though better options for price
Cons
  • bad diagrams. Not very friendly user/ installer. Poor construction quality Very sensible to power drops.

Great repair or replacement part!

I needed this product for an existing electric door strike where someone had removed the power supply and controller. This product was perfect, because everyone else on the internet wanted to sell me all the components for a complete new install! Saved me money (and time).

Pros
  • Very useful for my gate entrance...Tanks
Cons
  • The power supply generates heat, which can be a safety hazard if not mounted correctly, potentially leading to an electrical fire
