Worth every penny. - Shoot

I found this item to be exactly what I expected. Accurate vision, lightweight and compact. Very easy to use. I tested this with a "high dollar" range finder (e.g. Nikon, Leopold, Vortex) and was within 20 yards of each other at 650 yards.

Pros
  • Easy to Use
Cons
  • Lots of Stuff

Mech enough to shoot

About what you would expect for this price. Poorly written instructions. Cheap construction. Dim the LCD. Etc., but it seems to work if you use fully charged batteries (I almost got it back from starting stealing the batteries from the remote control around the house).

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Upgradable

For a cheap rangefinder, that's a great thing.

This rangefinder is a real gem at an affordable price. I measured 25 meters to the fence in my backyard and took readings and they read 25.0 meters 10 times in a row. I took them to my local shooting range and they matched up to 600 yards within a yard or two every time. .So far they have been good for my accurate shooting up to 600. For the price they are amazing.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Empty

Good cheap range finder

Works as expected. A good inexpensive long range laser range finder. I bought it because it has a range of up to 1200 meters and runs on AAA batteries. Many others took special batteries for cameras with them. I put tape on the battery cover to keep it from tearing off. The wristband that comes with it is too small to fit on your hand. I hang it around my neck with a string. Seems accurate enough.

Pros
  • Absolute legend
Cons
  • Good but not great

This damn thing just works! I've been playing with it for a couple of weeks now and although this is my first rangefinder I can say I'm sure I made a very good choice. The ranges seem very accurate compared to what I've had to test them with and the other elevation functions etc are pretty fun and seem pretty damn accurate too. Would buy again.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • I'll add later

If the battery case seems loose, cover it with tape.

The range finder is great for my golf game. Easy to use and has good accuracy. I found the company's contact email address in their instructions. They were very responsive and agreed to send me a new case which I have now received (from China). This case fits better and hopefully stays in place. Very satisfied with the product. And the cost was very reasonable.

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Upgrade available

Good accuracy bad design

Bought this rangefinder for golf. It's a little tricky to use and position on the pen. The accuracy is very good. The body is too tight. I had to cut the case to make it easy enough to slide the rangefinder in and out of the case. The battery cover is in a very bad position. It's almost impossible to get the rangefinder out of the case without removing the battery cover. I added a piece of electrical tape to solve this problem. This is something most people don't want to do when making a new…

Great for long range shooters/hunters

Love it. I hunt and shoot at long ranges up to a mile and needed a range finder. This little range finder is great for the money. I took it coyote hunting last weekend and it worked great in low light and I had no problem getting out to 1300 yards. I highly recommend this if you are a hunter or long range shooter. My Kilo had trouble determining the distance from 1000 but this rangefinder did not. My boyfriend loved it as much as I did. We both shoot past 1000 yards. I also contacted the seller

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • All great

Well-designed, easy-to-use rangefinder

Uineye sells several models of these golf laser rangefinders with different maximum distances (up to 1800 meters). The further the maximum distance of the range finder, the higher the cost. I bought a 1200 meter range finder that uses two AAA batteries. Long range instruments use a CR2 battery. The device shuts down fairly quickly after a period of non-use, saving batteries that last a very long time. I use a range finder to determine the height and distance of trees, for hiking, and for…
