I should have bought them beforehand.

I should have bought that first. A few weeks ago I bypassed them and bought a box of cheaper plastic spools along with embroidery floss. They were in disarray with cracks and burnt through castings. You have no flaws. The plastic itself is stronger. They have no cracks or scratches and everything is perfectly smooth and round. Too bad I didn't sell sooner. It cost me a few spools of fancy yarn that probably cost more than the $5 I thought I saved. OK. Lesson learned.

There can never be too many coils, very good value for money.

Good price so far so good. Too early to determine longevity. I also have metal, there is no difference in work yet. Easy to use once you know how. I had to practice just because I'm a beginner. It's nice to have enough for every spool of thread I use. Winding coils is pretty fun once you know how (beginner), but saves time when you have them ready. If the project requires a lot of yarn, wind up a few bobbins before you begin. Tip: Watch videos on winding and changing the bobbin and practice so…

I bought a new BROTHER SE625 sewing and embroidery machine and was offered to buy BROTHER bobbins only. However, we all know that they are NOT cheap. After some searching they were the best ones matching the description and reviews to use in my car.
