This mattress was very easy to inflate and it stayed inflated throughout the night. We have now had it inflated for five nights and only had to add minimal air once. This mattress is by far superior to all the other mattresses we have had in the past. I would highly recommend this purchase if you are looking for a mattress that is easy to inflate, comfortable, and doesn't lose air in the middle of the night while you are sleeping.

Easy to inflate, takes about 2-3 minutes. I have used every night for 6 weeks, and it always deflates slightly after about an hour, but I couldn't spend a lot of money for something I would use temporarily so I am happy with it. Deflating - after a couple weeks of use, it doesn't always deflate all the way. I have to inflate it back a little, then deflate. But when it does deflate all the way, it deflates flat.

These are some of the reasons for my 5 stars:1) The quality looks to be pretty good. I followed the first-time use directions (inflating, waiting 2 hours, and then topping it up again) and the mattress did not seem to lose any air during the night.2) The pump inflated the mattress relatively quickly.3) The pump has a side compartment to hold the power cord (see picture). I love everything about this airbed. I love that my granddaughters can blow it up themselves and be "helping”. I got this for a kids' slumber party. Held up very strong against all their bouncing. The built-in inflator was a lifesaver. They all said they slept like a baby and were really, really comfy -- so what more can you ask for? Comes with a nice storage bag and overall the unit is not really heavy -- unlike my gigantic air mattresses. I think if I purchased another one, I would get one with a higher height. But for kids or those who don't mind sleeping close to the floor, this one works great.

This air mattress is really nice and comfortable. The plastic is very thick and seems like a great quality. The top is soft and fuzzy. I got the 13" mattress and the thickness is perfect. When 2 people sleep on it, it doesn't sink in and there is minimal bouncing. I love that it has a built in pump and it takes about 2 minutes to fully inflate. I really like this air mattress. I've never seen one with an internal pump to inflate and deflate the mattress before. It works great and fills the mattress up fast, about 2 minutes to inflate and about 3 minutes to deflate. The strangest thing about this air bed is that 5 inches of the edge of the bed all the way around is higher than the middle. It is uncomfortable to sleep on that part so effectively the bed is 10 inches shorter.
