The sound is good considering the price, "Strange Religion" by Mark Lanegan and "Rock'n'Roll Star" by Oasis sound rough, of course, the Wonderboom sounds decent.

I used this on vacation and experienced a switch from my music to someone else's music, maybe in a nearby hotel room. It was only the first two nights so I don't know if it was another device plugging and unplugging. The other thing I don't like is that it's very noisy when you first plug it in. You can't turn it off when you first plug it in and it's very, very loud.

This little speaker is a real hit. I had no problems connecting to my MacBook Pro, iPad Pro 12.9 (2018) or my iPhone XS Max. The build quality is good. I attached a clip to it to hang on my bag when traveling. I used it to listen to music in the shower and had no problems. However, I have not tried throwing it in my pool. WonderBoom worked very well initially. It was great as it was bought with a purpose in mind. After 2 weeks, having used it several times during that time, the speaker started having problems. The first thing that struck me was that the packaging was very strange and I found that I had to lift some triangular valves at the bottom of the box. to open the USB cable. Wow. I am so glad I made this purchase. Tried this little guy out on a hike last weekend and he blew us all away. It's small, light weight and in the bright blue color I chose, it's very easy to find when rummaging through your tent. The sound from this thing is really impressive.
