I really like this lavalier mic, I really love it. I have no experience with other lavalier mics, but I have used a "directional mic" with my iPhone before. For those unfamiliar with all of this stuff like me, it's basically a real microphone that plugs straight into the phone and just sits there, it doesn't have a cord or clip for your shirt or anything.
