When I first got this tripod it looked very good but after the second use the bottom rubber piece came loose. Then today 10/14/20 I tried to use a tripod and the leg broke. I can't get my money back because the payment period has expired and this is my first time writing a review, so trust me when I say do not buy this product. Spend money on things that really work.

I bought this to use with a football video game camcorder. On first use I found the spatula to be very tight even though I had loosened the screw. Then, towards the middle of the game, the panning got even tighter. It was cold outside (about 29F) but I wasn't expecting the pans to be that hard. Panning became so difficult that I had to hold my feet with one hand and pan with the other. Eventually that became too difficult and I had to stop filming. Very disappointing

I tried using this for outdoor landscape videos but it didn't work very well. When lifted along with the center column, it is not stable and the tripod will sway at the slightest breeze. There is an additional hook on the underside of the center column that you can use to add weight. But who wants to lug around rocks or sandbags? The wind wasn't strong at all, just a light breeze. I'm 6ft 2" and love the fact that this tripod is very tall. Use it during a church service and it elevates the camera view over everyone's heads so the scene can be seen clearly without obstruction. My only criticism of the 2 I've bought is that the head needs to be removed and reset. The first that I bought I sent it back as defective and they sent me a replacement. But it was the same. Stability and functionality are good for a tripod in this price range. Easy to use for beginners and works flawlessly. I had to detach and quickly disassemble the camera to move it to another location and put it back together in less than a minute the first time I used it. The bag has a nice long shoulder strap. It's lightweight but durable. I had a Canon professional camera with an optional flash and had no problems. It wasn't very difficult. It's also one of the few tripods in this price…
