Window remains crumpled because it was folded in the package. I didn't like the locking mechanism. Pressure on the neck. I would prefer velcro.

Great cape, the only problem is that if you are in a warm, humid place or climate, the heat from customers can cause the plastic front to fog up because it breathes not like the rest of the customer, clip is always better than velcro so that's a plus

Suitable for children and adults. The viewing window is durable and not made from cheap quality plastic. The viewport is great for kids who can keep a good eye on the screen while editing. This cloak is quite static. All hair tends to stick to it.

backrest not long enough, doesn't cover backrest completely. The hair ends all over the back. Clips don't stay. they keep falling apart.

Very good in this age when everyone is constantly using their phone. Great especially for kids who don't like haircuts and get distracted by phones etc. The clips that tighten around the neck are a bit tricky to manage.

My friends mainly like this product because they can use their phone while cutting. There were a few issues that came up after using it for about 2 months. One of the metal hooks that secure the rubber bands around the neck appears to be a bit loose. One of them always kind of unhooks mid-cut. Not the biggest problem at the moment, because the other hook is still holding well. Customers/kids love it although it's big but suitable for kids and big boys/girls. The clips hold up great, although I prefer the latches. It works great! It's a must for 5 stars
