Saved a lot of time and money buying this! The toilet would not stop clogging and I didn’t know why so I bought this and literally pulled a SPOON OUT OF THE TOILET. My 2 year old apparently flushed a spoon down the toilet at some point. So yea I’m extremely glad I bought this!

Thanks to a careless bump, I knocked a air freshener off of the shelf and right into the toliet. The air freshener shot down the drain and into the pipe like a rocket. After uttering a few choice words and several attempts to plunger the item out of the drain, I went online looking for something that could grab stuck items. Soo, I did an oopsie and knocked a bunch of bamboo q-tips in the toilet while it was flushing causing a blockage. A regular plunger would not release the clog and so it being a Friday night and our super being out of town ordered this tool asap! it was bad, im so careful to use but you have to pull it full force because you need to press the grip and it will straightened up the cord that makes it hard to pull and touches to the bowl the damaged it! so frustrating! they should cover the item with rubber or plastic if it touches the porcelain toilet it will not scratch.

This product has save my life. Having little ones over I couldn’t figure out what they put into my toilet that cause a clogg that my community maintenance couldn’t snake out. Accidentally dropped a cap down the toilet. Toilet was draining slow after. Got one of these and was able to get the cap back out with relative ease. Flushes normally now. problem fixed.

I tried serval ways. But this is a great product and easy to use. I tried for 10mins and it brought nail cutter which was dropped by my little one 😊. It was soo helpful to remove it.Only draw back is while inserting hard it is leaving stains on toilet.

Did everything it was supposed to do! Grab and pull claw worked excellently. Took about 15 minutes to secure item, pull out and clear the clog. No marks what so ever in bowl. Outside of being a little careful, I didn’t do anything to prevent scratches.

My toddler really enjoys flushing things down the toilet. I knew when our toilet stopped flushing completely there was probably something stuck in there (thanks bud). After plunging to no avail I ordered this snake gripper thing hoping to avoid having to call a plumber. Giving this product a 5 star that way you guys know to avoid it. This product was absolute garbage. I dont even know where to begin. I bought it to try to to get a clog out of a toilet. If you can't get it out with a plunger you won't be able to get it out with this, worthless piece of junk. Still had to call the plumber and pay a huge amount because of this garbage product.

The description I thought was not correct. It is a flexible snake with a grabber on it, so you grab the ness and pull it back out. It is not an auger

This product has been great. Strong and sturdy. Easily clears clogs. Our clogs come from my 1 year old filling the toilet with toilet paper so they tend to be easily fixed. Overall I highly recommend this product.

Stubborn toilet clog. I tried everything for 3 days…plunger, hot water, the forbidden clog liquid and gel. Didn’t budge.Got this little piece of heaven. Pulled out 3 golf ball size wads of toilet paper. Plunged again and flushed. 2nd round got out 6 golf ball size wads. Flushed again and SWISH! Toilet was unclogged.Worth every penny and couldn’t be easier to use.

Works as intended, was able to grab a plastic spoon that was lodged in the toilet drain rather quickly. Worth the money! May not remove clogs caused by broken or damaged plumbing.

The head was to big to fit in the sink, when placed in the toilet it functioned fine., however it did scratch up the bottom of the toilet bowl.
