Key chip not working!

Terrible Terrible Terrible These keys will not work on a 2005 Civic lx. I spent $50 to cut the key and when they tried to program nothing worked, luckily they didn't charge me for programming and that's a dealer so I had to pay $100 for a new one issue keys. DO NOT BUY IT, IT WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY, JUST GO TO DEALER CENTER WHERE YOU KNOW IT WORKS!

The T5 chip didn't work for me. Read more...

What they don't tell you about the T5 chip... T5 CERAMIC CLONE CHIP FOR MEGAMOS 13 TP05 CLONE TRANSPONDER. This is NOT the exact chip I have, although the description says it is my 2005 item. In my case the T5 didn't fit in my daughter's car and USAREMOTES was horrible to deal with and didn't help at all and led to looking for other ways to fix the problem.

Wrong chip in the key, description is wrong it works in

. This key will not work as it was sent to the 2005 Honda Civic Ex although the description clearly says it will work. The chip in the key is wrong. one, he must install another. There's hope: The right chip costs about $25 for a key from a reputable locksmith. If you can't (easily) install it yourself, the most decent locksmiths you buy it from will usually do it for you for free (takes about 30 seconds per key). Thinking of these cars listed here, many will not be able to use this key with…
