Bought for my 12 year old daughter. Works perfectly. It was easy to get in shape with the microwave and she loved the color. She uses it to play soccer and has no trouble breathing or calling teammates when wearing it. We are adult size and it fits great.

The material is harder than expected. Doesn't fit very well in my mouth and rises above the gum line. I'm a tall person 6'4 and this didn't feel comfortable. Other than that it still works like a cap but I won't be buying it again or recommending it to friends without improvements.

Best mouthguard I have ever used. I have a box of about 7 different Kappas. I have tested all major brands, none of them even come close to this one. It's comfortable, thin enough not to be bulky, and protective. I wear it for jiu-jitsu and also when playing soccer.

My boys love this mouthguard because it's comfortable and I like it because it's easy to heat and shape. We always make microwave ovens and they work great. The boys are 6 and 9 years old and this is a good size for their mouths. You don't have to trim them to fit.

Don't overdo it with your mouthguard. It works and it's cheap. I went through 10 watches to find the perfect one and TBH I came back to it which is driving me crazy spending all that money. It's easy to shape, comes in good colors, lasts for months, and is cheap to replace.
