In short, DO NOT BUY

I agree with other reviews. I've bought at least 5 or 6 of these compression shorts in different colors and the navy blue one I just bought is at least an inch shorter. Now I enjoy wasting time going to the post office and returning advertised fake underwear.

Pros
  • practical thing
Cons
  • small things

Looks deceptive but the result is nice

When they arrived I was disappointed. They looked like tiny shorts which I thought would definitely not fit my husband but when he got home and tried them on he thought they fit perfectly and were comfortable. They go about an inch above the knee, which is exactly what he was looking for.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons

Comfort and Fit

I take a size Large (34-36 inches) and the size is perfect for my 34 inch waist. The fabric feels very soft and comfortable. as seen in the photo The waistband is wide and does not pinch The fit is tight and has the right compression I am very happy with it.

Pros
  • Consistent Test Results
Cons
  • Reliability

BAD GOODS on shorts

These are not compression garments, they are comfortable underwear. It's very thin, has an annoying tag on the inner waistband, and doesn't hold up to regular workouts like all the other genuine Under Armor products I own. If Under Armor makes a fabric that cheap I will find another brand but if possible order direct from Under Armor first to make sure what I get is a very bad fake.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

Mad as hell and disappointed

I don't know what's up with UA but these and the other two pairs I ordered came undone at the seams before I washed them for the first time got, and now they have holes that can't be sewn up because of the fabric. I'm so disappointed because I've been wearing them for years because I can walk and I have big hips and there really isn't anything else like it for plus size women. I have never had a problem with compression shorts of this or any other length that I have ordered. Very unhappy.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • High price

You get what you pay for.

Love these shorts! The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is that the waist belt curled or strayed a bit along the elastic waistband after the first wash. I didn't read the washing instructions and REALLY threw them away with my regular laundry, so maybe I'm at least partially to blame. However, having tried other similar shorts, there really was no comparison that came close to these shorts. I will buy them again and be more careful in the washing machine.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Easy to repair

The shorts feel and look fake, but my rubbed trash is real.

Unless the quality of UA has significantly degraded, I'm not entirely sure if this is a legitimate Under Armor product. He has the UA logo on the bottom, but "Armor" is repeated on his belt. They look incredibly cheap and flimsy. The pairs I've had in the past have been much thicker, softer, stretchier and had 2 layers of material in the crotch. They have a layer in the crotch which causes my clothes to rub against the shorts on long runs. I won't be buying them again and am seriously…

Beware they try to ship used compressions!

I used to buy 4 compression shorts from Under Armor on Amazon. All were fantastic and fit perfectly. I wear them every time I go to the gym (4-5 times a week). I received my new black shoes yesterday. They differed in that the waist was gray instead of black. I thought it was ok until I took a closer look at the compression. First the crotch area rubbed together causing them to wear down like someone was wearing them with rubbing thighs (mine did). Second, the pads looked like they used to have
