    Very important! to my rating.

    My daughter is 11 and does all sports, so she needed all-purpose shorts for soccer, volleyball, basketball, softball, and track training. They fit great and really suit her. She's tall for her age so I was worried the shorts would be too short but they were perfect - long enough to make me happy and short enough to make her happy. They have withstood countless washes. Very important!

    These are good shorts. My personal issue is how short they are. My child has long legs, so short shorts seem even shorter to her.

    got it for my daughter for her birthday and she loves it, if you wear it as a black top it's very cute but as an orange top it won't be very flattering but very cute.

    Pros and cons are the best in my rating

    My daughter was between sizes so I ordered a size up and the shorts were too big for her. She also said she found the wide waistband odd, but most of her other shorts have a narrower waistband and she'll probably get used to it. The lace is white with black dots, easy to tie and easily adjustable. The shorts are a good length which is hard to find in girls' shorts.     Excellent short film in my review

    I bought these shorts for my daughter for running and volleyball and she loves them. She wears them not only for sports, but also at school. The Under Armor Play Up Shorts are dress code compliant and a perfect fit. She wears them regularly but sometimes they get a little high and she gets in trouble with her dad for it. They wash well in the cold and don't seem to have a problem on a low tumble dryer.

    These shorts are designed for basketball and are also subjected to hard training. My daughter loves them and they still look new after many washes.

    Real size chart (larger than most)

    Under Armor uses different sizing than most brands, so be sure to check the size chart. I'm a size L (14-16) and I would say it's just right. With children's clothing, large is often a size 10-12, so I figured it would fit my daughter's 10/12. It's pretty big for her, so oh. The good news is that the drawstring actually works, so now she can wear them by tightening the drawstring and tying it tight. She loves the signature logo (it's the favorite brand of the sporty kids she hangs out with) and

    There were so many good reviews for these shorts! But to be honest they are really thin and run small. They are so light and thin that they look more like lingerie shorts than athletic shorts.

    Perfect for tall girls

    Daughter is 5'6" and of slight build but these YM shorts are a nice length but the waistband is strong and wide to keep them in place. Bought for a camp in nature, washed 5 times in 2 weeks and they are like new.

    Daughter loves them

    Great shorts, especially for the price. I've always loved the Under Armor brand. My 7 year old daughter needed new soccer shorts and she chose these! They suit her well and aren't too short or see-through! Score goals in style! I ordered a size small for her and she wears a size 7/8, perfect fit.
