I really don't know how they do this but I even took a picture of the water and poured it in and not a single drop came out, I have even tried taking it apart to understand how it works, really brilliant product.

I bought this brush specifically because of the unique container with handle. I wanted to be able to clean one bathroom and then just carry the brush to another bathroom to clean. The problem was that when I put the brush back in the basket, there were seams all over the bottom of the cart that eau de toilette was dripping from - dripping on me, on the floor, etc. Pretty rude and useless.

I would give three and a half stars if I could. It's better than most toilet brushes. Good grip, good stance, flexible (though not always easy to control). What turns me on is that I call it "no drops". I have yet to see a toilet cuff that doesn't actually drip. Very thick comfortable toilet brush. The last toilet brushes I bought came in two packs and were very cheap - and it showed. This brush and its container are well made. The handle is thick and feels good in hand and is longer than my previous toilet brushes. The brush handle has a flexible joint so you can reach the edge to clean.
