I like UNI-T in the tester

Uni Trend products are always convincing. They state directly what the expectations of the product should be and they live up to them.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Some problems

Recommended - Electric

Pretty good product, good soft touch, good material, neat, the only thing I don't like is the backlight and the stand buttons, too long to attach.

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Electrically inaccurate

Meter is easy to use, but readings are off the charts. The voltmeter reads 7 volts, sometimes more. Electronic measurements cannot be trusted. item returned.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Poor

Worked for a while but failed and had warts

This gauge worked for me for about 3 weeks. It works, but it wasn't very comfortable to use. Mode switching and autoranging were slow. There was also a lack of attention to detail; For example, if the display backlight is on, it will automatically turn off after just a few seconds. This makes it impossible to use the backlight in cases where two hands must be used to work with the test leads.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Almost never

The best features for this money

Seems to be accurate. I compared the voltage readings to my calibrated flow and they are very close to less than 1/4 volt. AC amplifiers seem very close to my plug in a wattmeter. I have no way of comparing DC amps, but they seem to give the numbers I would expect from tested hardware. Great for checking the inverter load on my boat's batteries. The AC starting current characteristics are of great help when dimensioning a generator for the starting load of AC motors.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Expensive

I have UT216C, correct product listed

great meter. The main thing is that it reads precisely and fits perfectly in the hand. I have a variety of test tools that I use every day at work including Fluke, Owon and Uni-T. I have owned and used many others such as Klein, Flir, ExTech, Ideal and even Tacklife and have always loved the accuracy of the Uni-T gauges, especially considering the price. If you need a CAT IV or V rated flow meter, Fluke and Flir are your best choices, but for anything CAT II and III rated, these Uni-T flow…

Pros
  • great product
Cons
  • something else
