Good product! I didn't notice any glowing effect from it. I definitely notice that it looks bright with the tank lights on. However, it doesn't matter if it appears to glow because my fish LOVE it!

Used in our 50 gallon tank. I bought three of these. I didn't use suction cups as I had too much gravel so I just buried them. They go up about 2/3 of the tank and are great! It compliments my glowing fish. This is day one so I can't comment on durability. The price was cheaper than at the pet store.

Every morning when I turn on the aquarium light it hovers over the water. Makes me mad. My fish also don't like it when they go crazy when my hand reattaches them to the bottom of the tank underwater. You should get used to this intrusion by now as it is a daily occurrence. Looks beautiful under black light and looks very unique. When a vacuum costs money? I would very much like to give this thing five stars.
