There were a few bad reviews but I took the risk anyway, I'm glad I did! This is a well made rug and it is actually quite soft underfoot. I don't think I'll have trouble with this unraveling like I did with my last jute rug since it was woven. I also like the color variations.

Bought a 3 x 6 inch rail and received a 2.5 x 6 inch rail which does not look acceptable in the area we intend to use this product. I have a question for this seller, why is the description wrong? Do these people really think the customer won't notice that the product is 6 inches too narrow? Very disappointed!

We bought two rugs that came in a plastic sleeve. The packages were dry on the outside but the carpets were damp and smelled of mold on the inside. They were so wet my socks got wet from walking. Tried drying the room with dehumidifiers hoping to get rid of the damp, earthy smell. Update: Original shipment sent back for exchange. They arrived in the same condition. Return all four mats for a refund.

This rug is much nicer in real life than in the pictures. We bought a 9ft x 12ft rug and we love it. It blends in perfectly with the space and we hope you will enjoy it for many years to come. It was so heavy we didn't even need a pad for the carpet underneath. We also bought a 10ft x 10ft rug from the same company and loved it too. Dogs love the softness of both mats and sleep on them a lot. Great roomy rug at a great price.

I ordered this rug because it looked beautiful and different from other jute rugs. Especially the squares move outwards. They sent me one with vertical lines. Like the boring Sleaze they sell at home camp. Tried to get it working but didn't work. Upon return, you must completely cover the rug in plastic and take it to a UPS store or charge $11 for home delivery. I could only put him in 3 garbage bags and he looked like a corpse.
