The pack I received had the contents of most of the capsules leaked and the powder spilled inside the pack. I have returned the item.

I'm in California and it's been over 90 degrees most of the month and my trailer is in direct sunlight all day. The thing really worked! I didn't smell anything! To the point where I fully figured out how to drain my tank. Oh. And that's just 1 capsule for 3 weeks. Be sure to use plenty of water as directed.

We will not buy any other product anymore. The first time we used it it was fantastic. We also put something down the sink drain. Not a drop of stench! love love love is I just bought for our friends who just bought their first camper. We've said to all our other camping friends, I just hope you never run out. A bit pricey for 10 pieces, but worth it.

After trying a few different products in our old RV (which we keep clean and throw away every time we travel or end up), the smell persisted, especially when it is hot or the motorhome has been standing still for some time. I've tried every traditional product you've read about, plus vinegar and baking soda and a bit of bleach, but I always felt like it wasn't enough. These pills really work! The order is gone! Bought 2 more to make sure I have some on hand.

I think the product took care of what I bought it for. I love that it works with natural bacteria and protects them from chemicals. They made sure to put bubble wrap inside the canister to protect the individual pods, but there were 2 pods that ripped open leaving a mess of granules inside that spilled all over the place when I tugged on the bubble wrap, so I was missing 2 capsules (10 in total). pods) into the canister. I ordered 2 canisters and the second one was ok.

I've only used the product twice and so far haven't had the really bad smell that I've had for most of this summer. Not sure if it's hot this year but the black water tank made the whole car stink. All my usual odor elimination tricks didn't work this year. The Unique Tank Odor Eliminator has done a good job of removing really bad smells from my bus so far. Not tested in the heat of summer as Missouri is winter but we live in our RV all the time. When I received them I was surprised by the HUGE plastic container that holds 10 small pills. I found this very wasteful and they added more plastic/bubble wrap to the inner container. I suppose this will help with broken capsules. did not help came with broken pods and powder at the bottom of the container and everywhere. What a mess. no strange problems so far, but winter again. The delivery was a disaster. The first canister sent was opened and 2 out of 10 capsules burst and pellets were scattered everywhere. They sent another canister that was filled with bubble wrap but only contained 9 out of 10 capsules. So I kept 1 capsule from the first canister and returned the rest and told me what happened.
