This catalytic converter is designed to fit a 3 inch exhaust pipe. So you either have to weld it on or hold it to the pipe with band clamps. It worked well and helped my car pass emissions testing.

My local muffler shop replaced my heavily limited OEM unit with this converter. Along with a few other changes, my one-ton E350 church truck now gets 15 mpg on highway trips. Totally legal.

The mechanic who installed this said that not only was it very well made, but it was also very light and slim. He was actually surprised that it wasn't just made of stainless steel, but was welded without any problems. He said he would recommend it to some of his other clients.

Bought a cheap downpipe with no coils for my GTI that seemed to be causing CEL, welded it right in front of the O2 floor plug and I don't have the CEL anymore I tried to use o2 spacers . I have about $150 for a 3" downpipe for my car which would cost me over $300 at a tuning/performance company or even Amazon. Needless to say this was a great purchase.

This cat did what I needed. My car doesn't have post cat monitoring so I don't know how well it would work in this situation, but the cat itself definitely reduces the gas smell from the exhaust of my sightseeing v10 engine so it appears to be working as a catalyst. It's nowhere near as good as OEM. but it is MUCH better than no cat at all!

Excellent value for money for this catalytic converter. Saved me a lot of money. My car hasn't run so easily in a long time. What my car needs and at a price I can afford. I would highly recommend this to anyone. I wish I had come across this product before. Completely eliminated the unpleasant smell of exhaust gases. No more complaints from neighbors. I also seem to be getting more kilometers per gallon. I am absolutely grateful for this product.

The cat is well made. I had to weld it to my center pipe at a shop that does TIG welding as I have an SS exhaust (few exhaust shops can do this). Installation wasn't trivial or cheap, but I knew I was getting a deal. I had a tight space to install the cat and this fit in there perfectly. I've been running it for a few days now and it does a good job of cleaning out the exhaust (the old cat was dead) and also has the added benefit of reducing the exhaust hum by a couple of dB.

I like these cats. I have a 2008 Chrysler 300C SRT8 and have run it in and recommend all buyers do this to avoid future problems. All necessary documents are included, as well as copies of the product to return for warranty information. Very professional company and quality work with cats. Catalyst is very difficult to judge other than working or not. I bought a catless downspout from someone locally and didn't want the hassle of future emissions. This cat looked very high quality on the Revain site and when it arrived I was not disappointed. I was a little surprised that the inlet/outlet dimensions fit a 3" pipe, which was a pleasant surprise in my case. So I didn't have to weld.
