Description of Universal Catalytic Converter Silverado Manifold

ATTENTION: This item doesn't ship to California and Colorado, please confirm before purchase. VEHICLE FITMENT: Universal fit for vehicles with 2.5-inch outer diameter exhaust pipe while cutting and welding may be required so professional installation is highly recommended. HIGH FLOW & EFFICIENCY: Internal honeycomb ceramic substrates have porous structure to increase the reaction area, and ensure sufficient catalysts (Pt, Rh, Pd) on the coating surface for a higher conversion rate. DURABILITY: Adopts heavy-duty T409 stainless steel shell that highly resists heat, rust, and corrosion for longer service life, no worry about bending or melting even in extreme conditions. WORRY-FREE PURCHASE: EPA Federal Standard Certificated, all AUTOSAVER88's catalytic converters are stamped with an exclusive EPA number on the shell. AUTOSAVER88 offers a 5-year or 50,000 miles limited warranty, for any manufacturer defect.

Replaced the rear catalytic converter on my 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

My WJ 4.0L has 3 catalytic converters, so it fits right in front of the muffler after the other two catalytic converters. The ID pipe on this item fits a 2.5″ diameter pipe, so I welded it to a new 2.5″ OD exhaust pipe extension. I The outer pipe diameter of this item is the same as the muffler, so I was able to use some exhaust pipe shock clamps with exhaust pipe sealant/cement on both ends to make leak-free connections.
