Appears to be 100% original equipment, caught fire right on our charter box. Now if only we could do something about the charter screen cartoon guide that was made for the 480i TV.

My grandson recommended this remote for an old TV that was fine except for the remote. It was easy to connect to my old Samsung and the price was very reasonable.

This was the easiest remote control I've ever gotten. I just put the batteries in and use it. No programming! My 20 year old charter remote was dying and needed replacing and it worked great!

Great replacement for my original UR4U Charter remote (Motorola box). Programming only takes a few seconds. Includes printed instructions and batteries. . . nice gesture. Although this is a "charter" remote control, you must program it for your charter box. Nicely packaged and shipped quickly.

This remote control corresponded to my original. The quality corresponds to that of the original. The buttons are the same as the original. The installation process was the same as the original. Mine came with instructions and in brand new condition. I was so happy with the first one that I bought two more and they all worked well. They have good range. This is a great solution for aging, broken or missing charter remotes.
