Note that they don't work as well for a basic 17 inch computer keyboard. Bought as a keyboard stand, but too high and slippery for that. Might work better as a laptop stand though. Also, they look cool, nice design, so I'm sure I'll find a use for them.

When I first opened it I was very pleased with the weight and build quality. I thought it would be the type that attaches to the bottom with the rounded side down, like cool balls that quickly velcro attach to the bottom of your laptop, but I like this design better. A small magnet is built in when not in use. in each they can easily stay together. This product is fine. I bought it to use with both my iPad 12.9 (for drawing) and my 16" MBP when traveling. This product lifts the device up a bit and is quite stable. However, I find that it doesn't lift the device up enough for my liking. If you only want to raise an inch this will work fine, but I'll look for a larger version.

Purchased for a laptop. One of the height adjustment stands broke on the keyboard I was using. Took off another adjustable stand, slipped these arched stands underneath and got + solid writing feet straight away. Dome stands don't move, so they're great for lifting laptops too.
