Well, it literally took 30 seconds. The middle button popped out of the box and the little plastic stick holding it just fell to the ground. In this case you clearly get what you pay for.

Works well for our 2015 Samsung model (un65jsxxxx series). The only flaw and the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the Netflix and Prime Video buttons don't work with the TV. Not sure if it's because our TV is considered an 'old' model but we don't care (at the moment) but beware of future buyers who may have the same model as us.

This control works great with my new Samsung 65 inch curved TV I can't see well enough to find it so I bought my own and hid it so it wouldn't know I had one. All I had to do was put batteries in and it started working, it was quick, easy, no problem

We needed an extra remote for our Samsung QLED TV. Since Samsung can only support one RF remote at a time, I chose this IR remote. The first one I got had a problem. The seller was super responsive and replaced it without question. The remote works the same as the factory remote except it works via IR and not RF. This is a great addition and the seller was fantastic to work with.

See my photos, this remote is on the left, Samsung OEM on the right. The biggest problem with this remote is that the Netflix button is often confused with a back button. It's fine, but if you're used to the Samsung button layout, you might accidentally launch Netflix. There's no voice control button, which doesn't bother me since I never used it anyway. louder but everything works if you're looking for a cheap replacement.

In general it's a pretty good remote but it gives you access to Revain Prime and Netflix. There's a third button that takes you to an app that doesn't load on TVs in the US. It would be way better if there was Hulu or a snare or something. For that, I'll tap a little bit in terms of stars. It would also help if it was backlit, which it isn't. In general, if you need a replacement, it's good for you, it's not perfect, but it's good enough. If I was in traffic I would probably buy it again.

I have the original Samsung TV remote and it still works, but it has a billion buttons on either side and my kids keep accidentally pressing buttons they don't have. I have this remote because it is the same as my other Samsung TV and my kids are familiar with it. Instructions I don't know if there is a way to troubleshoot this. Let's see I guess. I may revise my review later if anything changes. For now it just needs to be done.

I was skeptical at first because of the cheap price, but I needed a replacement remote for my Samsung TV. I haven't been able to find the original for months. The main reason I gave this review 4 stars is because it's not that works well as does the remote control that came with the TV. My kid broke the remote control and we replaced it with this one. It's a great replacement for the price, but sometimes nothing happens when you try to navigate the menus by pressing left or right. Works great. My TV wasn't on the list, but I took a chance and bought it anyway. My TV is older so I knew it was Netflix and the Prime buttons wouldn't work anyway.
