I highly recommend this product.

Installed as a workaround as my old cast iron flange wasn't sealed with a wax ring. The sewer smell was unbearable. So I ordered this hoping for the best and this device worked great. I highly recommend it for renovations in old houses. 5 star product!

To solve a very old problem with this easy to install flange

Online video how to come across this product and get a great review. What I really like about it is that it's easy to install, durable and quick to install. It's been a long time since I have to worry about a leaking toilet.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Might choose a newer model

Replace its old cast iron flange with a little effort.

This worked perfectly when I needed to remove and replace an old worn iron flange. Don't forget to cut the pipe to sit flush with the new floor surface. If over a wooden floor, you can screw into the finished floor. In my case it was an old cement floor which was a bit tricky but we managed!

Pros
  • Consistent Test Results
Cons
  • Reliability

3.75 " socket in faucet flanges

In the review I mention that the socket is 3.75" in diameter. This is good because the old 4" ID cast iron pipe has a lot of rust and scale inside the pipe that needs to be scraped off before installation, but is still less than 4" ID. The plastic is nice and strong and unlike the old cast iron flanges, it actually goes into the drain pipe rather than around it. There is also enough room on the rod to adjust to get the desired height of the toilet. I think it's about 5.5cm from the bottom of…
