This power supply was better than the one it replaced. Powers my 3D printer with heated bed. Good feel and same dimensions as the replaced one so fits very well in the case.

I found the Andesireone 12V 30A Universal Regulated DC Power Supply to be perfect for the 480 x WS2815 art project I put together. 360 watts was more than I needed and the output is pretty clean (acceptable ripple on my Rigol scope), although the voltage does drop a bit under load. We do nifty shows for Halloween and Christmas - the lights are in sync with the music. Most of our lights are produced in-house. We buy components from different suppliers and develop our own lighting design. Lighting requires electricity and this is the ideal power source. It's for indoor use only, but we take similar power supplies and mount them in a waterproof case. We are currently assembling power supplies for this year's show and they have performed well. Good performance, I use it to power my RC airplane charger, at 30 amps it doesn't work with my largest batteries. Two suggestions for improvement: The fan is quite loud under load and could do with a power switch. Little problems. Overall it's good value for money.

There is a small trim pot right next to the bus that adjusts the voltage as needed. When delivered, my PS ran at 11.65 volts. It only took a few degrees clockwise to get it up to a stable 12 volts. It flexed a bit when I actually put screws in it, but it held up pretty well. The fan turned on fairly quickly and was fairly quiet. In most cases, I replace those nifty fans anyway. I don't have an oscilloscope at the moment so I can't verify claims about ripple and such, but I haven't had any signs
