Numbers don't lie! on Sports Nutrition

Tastes good. The product arrived quickly. Nutritional values are inaccurate. It's actually 14-15 grams of protein per serving for 60 calories. I have never seen a product with inaccurate nutritional information.

very disappointed with diet and sports nutrition

after waiting so long for this product (with prime) it says it was used in april and i bought it in august. I have sent a message to the seller and have not received a reply. Who wants to buy an expired product? Very disappointed. I give one star because I have to make a choice. Deserves no star.

Lots of protein, bad taste

I'm impressed with the amount of protein in one serving, but the taste is bitter to me. My mom thinks it's great so it should depend on the person. Probably better for people who really love brown rice. It takes a lot of sweet fruit to mask the bitterness in cocktails. In homemade oatmeal and date protein bars, the protein flavor trumps everything else, even when it accounts for less than 10% of the total non-aqueous matter. I will use it up over time, but very sweet dishes are needed. in order
