Do not order this kit. There is no safety hole at the end of the screwdriver and the size is not suitable for loosening 4 screws to access the piston.

These screwdrivers are poorly made and don't fit the screws on the Mac Mini. I returned them and got the iFixit Essential Electronics Toolkit which worked great. Don't waste your time with this.

I received a memory module kit for my 2018 Mac Mini. I noticed that there were no spatulas or prying tools and the T10 bit was too small, almost causing the motherboard screws to be ripped off. I went to my local Mac store and bought a Mac repair kit.

T10 didn't work, the head was slightly smaller than the screw holes. The T6 and T5 screwdrivers worked fine, but the T10 driver broke and could not unscrew the motherboard. Luckily the driver didn't damage the propellers. I was able to remove the motherboard with a completely different driver.

The metal of the screws started to peel off after loosening the screws within the first five minutes of use. The grip ergonomics are also very poor for anything that requires a tighter grip to get a stuck screw out. I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere; They are so cheap they are not worth your time.

Followed instructions on YouTube. This kit contains exactly what you need. The RAM upgrade still works flawlessly even after a few months. If you're new to computer repair, don't let this intimidate you. Watch YouTube tutorial videos a few times and take your time. If you are interested in making something this will be a really good DIY update.
