We have had this faucet for 8 months and the metal got a split or a crack in it and now it sprays water out of the underside. It also has a small leak on the side and the finish has chipped off of it. We really don’t even use this bathroom that often. You’d be better off getting a different faucet.

Beautiful, modern sleek design. Installation wasn't too complicated. Internal plastic cartridge broke within first month of installation. Only contact information for customer service is email. Style and quality seem pretty good, however the flexible connectors with plastic snap locks concern me. You can’t tell if they are all the way connected, and the first couple times I didn’t get them all the way on and they leaked. As I was adjusting them one blew off and got water everywhere before I was able to get to the handle and shut off the water. I originally bought this for my kids bathroom remodel but just as I open the box it was already scratched. I don’t think this would’ve lasted in the children’s bathroom without getting more scratches. The material was very cheaply made and I didn’t feel it would last. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of having to replace soon after remodeling. I have a 9,7 and 3 year old that would be constantly using that bathroom.

Nice, modern faucet but the box arrived already cut opened and items were obviously installed/ used previously. The widespread design may not fit in all bathroom sink configurations.

We installed these faucets 10 months ago, and were pleased with them. But then suddenly the hot water wouldn't shut off. Turns out that the plastic valve inside had cracked, and only after 10 months of use. Luckily, they sell the replacement part (KES Blue Cartridge for Faucet, RVF55212) on Ebay. If I had to do over, I'd buy a more reliable brand.

Love the simple design but after a few months of use, it has started to leak. I've had a plumber look at it and he said it's leaking through the handles and that this is poor quality. Really bummed.

Although this is a beautiful heavy duty faucet, the direction of the cold water handle needed to be changed and for the life of me I couldn’t find instruction or help on how to do so. Had to return

Easy install, looks nice on my 1920s sink. However, hot water valve housing is plastic and cracked within 8 months, and the cold water valve cracked a few months later. I am in the process of replacing the cracked pieces.

Really need products that we can rely on, but this after just 4 months professionally installed leaks like crazyhave to take it out and replace. We finished this bathroom in March, everything looked great, but hot water faucet is already leaking. Tried to fix, nope! Frustrating

Purchased this and a KES shower set for our bathroom remodel and could not be more happy at the quality and the price we paid for them!

Sink was dripping so we took the handle apart and it had cracked after less than 6 months of use. Have to completely replace because spare parts aren’t offered.

Only thing i didn't think of is no drain plug handle but i rarely use drain plug so just do it manually under sink if necessary

This was a relatively easy faucet to install despite not having instructions to go off of. I was a little surprised by how small the handles were (less than 2 inches high and 3 inches in length) but it still looks great and functions properly. I am happy with this buy

The faucet top cover is to small , can't not cover the hole, after filled that hole with caulking it doesn't look good. That's my review.

It was easy to install except for the fact that it did not have drain stopper with it. It would have been helpful if it was mentioned at the time of purchase that there’s no drain stopper included.
