Overall the product is good, the only problem is the grates are spaced too far apart. I read of this from other reviewers but thought I’d give it try anyway. They work and that’s what matters at the moment. I’ll need to replace again someday and I’ll shop around before I purchase these, unless they make changes.

This is the first time i have replaced the grates and heat plates but the second time for the burners. I think i got this ?Ducane grill 14 years ago? It was over $1000 at the time so I want to see if i can stretch it's life out a few more years. I also replaced the regulator for the first time. The grates are a thinner wire gauge than the originals. Not sure if that's good or bad but everything fit well. This package was perfect for my Ducane 30400042 grill. All components fit very well, and are made of quality Stainless Steel. I have used universal replacement parts from Home Depot in the past and they rusted and rotted after 1 season and cost 3 times as much as this top quality set. I highly recommend purchasing. I may even purchase another just to have on hand.

These replacement parts are Chinese made junk. They look great for 6 months and then rust and rot. I couldn't even get 2 seasons from them. Don't buy these.

Burners and heat shields rusted out with large holes (basically disintegrated) in 13 months. Would not waste your money. Quality not there. Spend a little more and get better quality ones that will hopefully last more that a year. Manufacturer would not do anything even though it was 1 month past the warranty exp.

This is an excellent replacement kit for the grill. Very easy to install. The only thing I will add not covered in other reviews is that the grill top has wider spaces from those made several years ago (at least 50% wider) The quality is still good but the wider spaces were probably done to save money on materials. I was able to cook items directly on the grill with the closer spacing but now will need to use a metal grill plate (or equivalent) to prevent items from falling through.

Perfect fit great priceI think the burners were exactly the same as supplied by Ducane some years ago.I read another review saying the burners were hotter towards back of the grill.It's been like that since day one on mine 16 years ago when purchased new.Now to find new gas valves and ignitors. I'll get another 16 years outta this grille !

This was a great deal! The parts were received timely and the quality was outstanding. Some of the parts I bought because they are becoming hard to find. With the cost of replacing a grill buying a few parts for the future make sense.

My burner tubes were in bad shape. One had a big hole in it. I needed new tubes and was glad to find a kit with them, new covers and new grills. Now the grill looks like new again.

Everything is as advertised. The only complaint I have is that the quality of the metal does seem to be as good as the items that came with the product.

This is a complete replacement kit for Ducane Grill. However there are NO instructions with the kit. Must go to owners manual or web to see how to remove and install new components. As it turns out this requires an effort to remove entire front end ( panel and knobs) to disassemble the gas tubes and install new.

Perfect fit. Racks are also heavy duty like original. Fyi - to replace the tubes, i found u need to unscrew 2 screws on each side of front peice where the knobs are, slide it forward a bit, remove and replace tubes, then slide back front panel while guiding tubes over the part that goes in the tube. Took about 10 mins total. Brand new bbq!

I bought this kit to replace the worn out burners and deflector plates that were disintegrating in my 5 burner Ducane Grill. It was easy to install and makes the grill look new again (on the inside) and it I have like-new heat dispersion. But I do have a suggestion for the kit. The electronic igniters have also deteriorated. Have an option for the igniters too. One other thing I had to repair was the plate under the burners. Product was received promptly. After replacing all these parts into my 10 yr. old Ducane grill, it was a new grill both inside and out - well worth the cost.

Rebuilding a 2006 Ducane grill. Good product for the money. Not the same as the factory parts. Not as heavy stainless, grates are 4 bars less than factory, smaller food might fall in, overall the money for the parts is definitely worth it to get a few more years of cooking. Fitment works out good & parts are well crafted.
