After about 3 months, when using the stream mode, some water would also come out of the spray mode holes. Month after month, this continued to get worse, and now after 6 months of purchase, it won't stay on stream mode unless the button is held down, always switches to spray mode.I have emailed the company for support, just needs the head replaced, which screws right off. I was looking for a new kitchen faucet and just went with the one with the best reviews for a reasonable price, and I am not disappointed. This faucet looks really nice, feels like it’s good quality, and was very easy to install, the instructions came with 7 steps each step with a picture to show exactly what you need to do. Basically a monkey could’ve done it and would have had a hard time messing it up. Would highly recommend

A family member had this and we liked it so much when we remodeled our kitchen we installed one too. While we have only had this in for several months now it works smooth and easy with the single lever on and off, hot or cold function easy to adjust even with the back of ones hand. Installation was simple for anyone able to read instructions and maneuver around under a sink. Love this faucet! Modern and easy to use and install. Because of the depth of our sink and countertop, we needed a longer shaft. Reached out to the company and within a couple of days, I had a longer shaft sent for free. Definitely recommend!

We bought this faucet over a year ago. Recently, the hose that attaches to the nozzle sprung a leak.I searched for a replacement and was unable to find one. I figured it had been to long since we purchased the faucet, but reached out to the seller for help anyhow (email).I was amazed at their quick response. They shipped me a new faucet within 2 days of reaching out to them, and it works great!

After 2 years kitchen faucet started to drip. Couple of emails to Arofa to inquire and send a video of the issue. Problem was quickly diagnosed and replacement part shipped. Link to video instructions for part replacement was also provided.

My first one had a hole in the hose and was under warranty. I contacted the company, they quickly replied after sending them a picture of the tear. They sent me a new faucet within a few days. Very quick response.

What a good faucet unit that’s versatile, saves so much space than having 2 hot/cold handles and the built in filter retrieving metallic particles is great in my condo with old pipes. I just live the extension spray; I have the same one in my home.

Really happy with this purchase so far - it took less than ten minutes to install (after the much harder process of removing the old one) and it works exactly as advertised. Such an improvement over our old faucet. Very powerful spray - so strong that we actually turned down our water pressure to make it a little less intense, but great if you need a lot of pressure to rinse things.

Excellent quality faucet with both style and functionality. Love the matt black color. Recently installed but have confidence in its quality as my daughter has the same faucet in gold for over 2 years. Very reasonable cost.

So far, so good. Had a plumber install along with some other things. I had to have the handle put in front as I didn't have enough clearance to put the handle on the side. Looks good, works well, no leaks.
