The wood split within 2 weeks. :(

The board looks nice and we were excited to showcase it- unfortunately the wood split within 2 weeks and we never heard back from the company as we wanted to give them a chance to respond. Too bad-

Beautiful Board ! (update)

I have no idea how I am measuring my opening wrong. It's a beautiful board! High quality. I was excited. I looked inside my opening and there are 2 tiny boards on each side of the opening, a tiny way back out of sight so that would also reduce the width too. They all seem to be a standard 3/4 inch tall so I have to find a 14" width I guess. This is very high quality, heavy wood with beautiful coloring / grain.UPDATE - YAY someone removed those inner wood pieces and NOW IT FITS PERFECTLY. I will

It didn't fit on my review.

It did not fit, it was about1/8 in to big to fit into brackets. Had to have some one saw a little off. I did not want to send it back as I saw in there refund they had a restocking fee. A little surprised there was not any instructions for care and upkeep for the the board. Other than that it is very nice .

Well worth the money.

Full disclosure, we didn’t buy this as a replacement for an under counter board, so I can’t speak to its suitability in that role. We bought it because we needed a larger cutting board, and in THAT capacity, it has been full value so far. Cutting down large cuts of meat into steaks or chops is a lot easier, and the juice groove catches most of the mess, which means I don’t need a baking sheet under it wipe I’m working. The thing that prompted me to look for such an item, though, was cutting a…

Last cutting board you'll ever need

This cutting board is incredible. Big enough for all your cutting needs. Perfect presentation for aurderves. Grsnd working space and durability to last a lifetime, simply love it! Bought one for each of my kids well. Normally would sell for $250 in the market place. This was an incredible deal. Worth every penny.

Didn't fit in the counter slot! If you have rounded edges on your current board, this may not work!

This is a great cutting board and the Width/Length dimensions were spot on. However, there was no bevel on the edges. The board has square edges, but most under counter boards have a rounded edge. Luckily I have access to carpentry tools and was able to router the edges to make it fit. It's looks beautiful and works great now, but if you don't have the skills or tools, this could be a quick return for a lot of people.

Nice Cutting Board!

I have been looking for a big enough cutting board to put all of my vegetables on when I need to chop them. This it is! It appears to be made well and cleans up nicely!
